Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not already been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please email us at contact@prayasa.in with your order number.

Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged or defective on arrival.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@prayasa.in with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product.
  2. Our team will review and guide you through the return process.
  3. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a fault on our end (e.g., damaged product).

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
